About Us

OSPECS Consulting, LLC offers an array of programs to help healthcare facilities mitigate deficiencies within their sterile processing department, OR supply chain and the operating room for accreditation readiness. The OSPECS Consulting Sterile Processing and Flexible Endoscope Reprocessing programs are centered on customized sustainable solutions for process improvement to address operational issues and/or concerns associated with the sterile processing functions and the services the department provides to the Operating Room, Endoscopy and Patient Care areas. Our services focus on improving customer satisfaction, increasing patient safety, reducing errors and reducing turn over times. Our approach is to work with the client to design a plan suitable for their needs, streamline their processes, enhance staff competencies, identify savings opportunities and build sustainable processes to reduce HAC and increase patient safety.

OSPECS Consulting, LLC provides comprehensive educational programs to prepare technicians to take the national certification exam. We provide on-site customized accelerated programs for Sterile Processing and Endoscope Reprocessing Technicians.
